Shipping Policy

Thanks for shopping with Fun Finds by Ashley! Here's what to expect.

Shipped straight from the makers

Every item in our shop ships directly from the brand that makes it. If you order from more than one brand, your items will arrive in separate packages, sometimes on different days. That's normal!

Processing time

Most brands prepare orders within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday, not counting holidays). Some made-to-order or hand-dyed items can take up to about 7 business days. Sales and holidays can add extra time.

Delivery time

After a package ships, most US deliveries arrive within 1–7 business days. Altogether, please allow about 3–12 business days from order to doorstep. Times vary by brand and location, and carrier delays are out of our hands, so these are estimates, not guarantees.

Shipping costs

Standard shipping is $8, and it's free on orders over $70. Express shipping is $15. You'll always see your shipping cost at checkout before you pay.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States. Some brands can't ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories. If an item can't ship to your address, we'll let you know.

Tracking

When each package ships, you'll get an email with its tracking number. Because items ship separately, you may get more than one tracking email.

Address changes

Please double-check your address at checkout. Many brands start processing right away, so we can't guarantee changes after you order, but contact us ASAP and we'll do our best.

Lost or damaged packages

If something arrives damaged, wrong, or missing, email us at customersupport@funfindsbyashley.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the item and packaging. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 business days, or it says delivered but you can't find the package, check with neighbors, then reach out. We'll work with the brand and carrier to look into it.
